ITANAGAR, May 14: All Arunachal Pradesh Unemployed Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical & Computer Engineers Association have urged the state government to create adequate post for said qualified Engineers.
Speaking to reporters at Press Club today, President AAPUEEMCEA, Ralung Rigum said since 2011 No new post has been created in government department for the above mentioned filed. ‘There are more than 200 unemployed engineers in this filed and every year more than 30 students passed out from various institutions under Government’s quota and private institution but advertisement for the said filed is zero, lamented the President.
We are not demanding any special recruitment but atleast we should get a chance to appear in exam. Since 2011 there was no post creation in this filed, asserted the General Secretary of the Union. He further, informed that they have submitted memorandum to both Chief Minister and Power Minister for their intervention in this issue.
‘We also appealed the state government to initiate policy with private power developers to reserve some post for the APST candidates in the state. ‘we appealed the concern authority to reserve some post for the APST candidates, it will minimize the unemployment problem in the state ‘asserted the Union.
